    • Decide where AI belongs in Scrum Master work and where human judgment must stay in the loop.

  2. Writing Better Prompts

    • Use role, context, examples, constraints, and critique patterns to get sharper AI output.

  3. Strengthening Discovery

    • Use AI to support product discovery conversations alongside the team and the Product Owner.

  4. Help Your PO Refine the Backlog

    • Use AI to clarify, split, and sharpen Product Backlog items before they enter the Sprint.

  5. Preparing Sprint Planning

    • Use AI to prepare Sprint Planning inputs: forecast signals, capacity considerations, and risk flags.

  6. Focusing the Daily Scrum

    • Use AI to keep the Daily Scrum focused on the Sprint Goal, impediments, and the next 24 hours.

  7. Improving Sprint Reviews
